Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but in case you don't we will gladly exchange items within 10 days of purchase with an original receipt. Returns will be processed for store credit in the form of a gift card - no cash refunds. Items must be in their original state and have all tags attached. 

Gift Cards, food, jewelry, seasonal items, bath and beauty products, blankets, face masks, custom and personalized orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility.  

If an item is defective, please give us a call and we will make it right! :) 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
