Retail Store Manager!

Location: North Regina (Christmas Pop-Up) & East Regina (Future Store)
Availability: Days, evenings, weekends
Job Type: Full-time 
Job Term: Permanent

Do you have what it takes?

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our North Regina Christmas pop-up store this holiday season, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term management role at an East Regina location in the new year.

The right candidate will bring leadership, energy, and proven retail skills to create an outstanding customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–3 years of progressive retail management or supervisory experience

  • Passion for customer service and building strong customer relationships

  • Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills

  • Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends based on business needs

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to delegate effectively and follow up with your team

  • Comfortable operating a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handling cash/credit/debit transactions

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Must be bondable; criminal record check required upon hiring

Other Requirements:

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and move/handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 lbs) and store fixtures as needed
